If you can't remember your password, request a reset link by email and choose a new one.

Steps

  1. On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?.
  2. Enter your Email and click Send reset link.
  3. You'll see "If an account exists for that email, we just sent a reset link. The link expires in one hour."
  4. Open the "Reset your eLegal Software password" email and click Reset password.
  5. Enter your New password and click Update password.
  6. You're taken back to sign in. Use your new password.

Tips

  • The link works once and expires after one hour.
  • Resetting your password signs you out on your other devices, and we email you "Your eLegal Software password was changed".
  • This is also the way to change your password if you know the current one: there's no separate change-password option.
  • "Didn't get it? Check your spam folder, or try again in a few minutes."
