How do I generate an AI case brief?

The AI case brief drafts a short overview of a case for you to review.

Steps

1. Open the case page.
2. Find the "AI case brief" card.
3. Click Generate summary.
4. To refresh it later, click Regenerate.

Tips

• Always review the brief before relying on it. The card shows a disclaimer.
• If you see "AI is busy right now — try again in a minute.", wait and try again.
