What each signup message means and how to fix it.

Messages

  • "Your name is required" / "Firm name is required": fill in the field.
  • "Enter a valid email": check the email format.
  • "At least 10 characters": choose a longer password.
  • "An account with that email already exists.": sign in or reset your password instead.
  • "Verification failed — complete the check below and try again.": redo the verification check.
  • "Something went wrong.": try again shortly. Signups are limited to 5 per hour from one network.
